Just Blast The Sugar Out from Your Diet

Many of us have been overindulging since the pandemic began increased intake of this five letter word "SUGAR", a doctor Wrote an entire book about the subject is called Blast the sugar out and here are three things from the book that you can do immediately to curtail your daily consumption and lower your blood sugar levels. Number one limit sugar to 10% or less of your daily calories. So if you consume 2500 calories in a day sugar should only be 250 calories. The math is really easy.

Tip number two look carefully for the wording. No added sugars or no sugars added. Here's the idea fruits and vegetables. They already have sugar but they're good sugars because they come in a better package with vitamins and minerals and other plant nutrients, but the added sugars are processed and bring no real nutritional value and lastly number three increase your fiber and lower your blood sugar levels fiber is important. It's a carbohydrates, but it keeps your blood sugar levels nice and stable job.
